COVID-19 MESSURES IN PLACE

We at Rodamon have always prioritized the guest experience, both socially and in terms of comfort and hygiene.

In light of the ever changing situation with regards to COVID-19, we have a duty of care to our guests, visitors and staff to ensure safety, transparency and flexibility in what is proving to be exceptional circumstances.

For any and all guests staying at or visiting Rodamon properties during this period, we want to reassure you that you will be taken care of and kept in a safe, healthy environment.

As such we have implemented the following changes to our operations across all our hotels:

WE ENCOURAGE ALL INDIVIDUAL GUEST TO CHECK IN ONLINE

WE WILL BE PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING BOTH IN OUR PUBLIC AREAS AND ROOMS

HYDROALCOHOLIC HAND SANITAZER IS PROVIDED IN ALL COMMON AREAS

MASKS AND OTHER HYGIENE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

WE HAVE ADDAPTED OUR COMMON AREAS TO COMPLY WITH MAXIMUM CAPACITIES

HIGYENE PROTOCOLS

We are doing everything in our power to ensure that all premises are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and that emergency protocols are ready to be enacted should we be alerted to a case of COVID-19 at any of our hostels.

WE CLEAN TWICE A DAY ALL SURFACES WITH A DISINFECTANT SOLUTION THAT REMAINS EFFECTIVE UP TO 24 HOURS

ALL OUR STAFF WEARS MASKS AT ALL TIMES

ALL OUR STAFF IS TRAINED IN SAFETY PROTOCOLS

WE CLEAN ALL ROOMS DAILY WITH A DISINFECTANT SOLUTION THAT REMAINS EFFECTIVE FOR UP TO 24 HOURS

TEMPERATURE MONITORING

ALL KEY CARDS ARE ARE DISINFECTED WITH HYDROALCOHOLIC SOLUTION BEFORE THEY ARE GIVEN TO YOU

To ensure that all the above measures are enforced, we are working with well renowned certified hospitality hygiene provider ECOGEST who have developed a global program in partnership with EGARSAT that will introduce a new standard of hotel cleanliness, sanitising and disinfection training for all team members.

We have been granted with Safe Travels stamp from the World Travel & Tourism Council as well as local authorities certifications:

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

At this moment in time, we recognize the need to alleviate stress for our guests by offering flexibility for those affected by shut borders and states of emergency.

At Rodamon Hostels, we fully understand you concern. Our intention, as always, is to ensure the comfort and happiness of our guests.

As such, all individual bookings between 16th March and 30th June into all Rodamon properties are now subject to a flexible booking clause whereby rooms can be changed at any time before 30th of December 2021.

For group bookings, we ask organizers to speak to their our Central Reservations contact.

We are offering free change of dates. You can freely choose any date unti Dec. 2021.

Guests should contact the respective properties directly to arrange.
