The ideal Hotel has over 50 to 75 keys, 200 to 300 sqm of meeting and common areas, Restaurant & Bar. In the case of hostels, the ideal number of beds ranges from 150 to 500.
In the case of office building, we are looking for buildings ranging from 1500 sqm to 3500 sqm.
Timeline to convert your hotel, hostel or building is approximately 12 months. The cost to convert your hotel is substantially lower (20% to 30% less) compared to any branded four-star hotel product.

We believe that there’s food and there is really great food. We offer and extensive menu based on local food and international dishes, from healthy salads to burgers than melt in your mouth. In every hostel, we have a bar & restaurant on site. Cocktails are freshly made in front of you. There’s wine you can sink into and local beers on tap.
