As you all well know by now COVID-19 (the Coronavirus), has tragically turned into a global pandemic. First and most importantly, our thoughts go out to you, your family and your community. Health and safety is obviously the highest priority for everyone right now.
At this moment in time, we acknowledge that some of you have asked for a cancellation of your bookings with us within the next few months as uncertainty over the coronavirus is growing and we have all seen how our possibilities to travel vanished from the near future. Most of us are forced to stay at home in what has come a global effort to defeat this pandemic.
At Rodamon Hostels, we fully understand you concern. Our intention, as always, is to ensure the comfort and happiness of our guests. As such, all individual bookings between 16th March and 30th April into all Rodamon properties are now subject to a flexible booking clause whereby rooms can be changed at any time before 30th of December 2020.
In times like this, we also call for your support. Together we can make the change by only keeping the amount of your bookings as credit for a future booking.
We are offering free change of dates. You can freely choose any date until March 2021.
By not cancelling your booking you will be supporting our local businesses that are an important part of local communities that are always under pressure, We good-heartedly ask for your understanding to help us support all our employees and families and get through this crisis in the best way possible to welcome you again in the future so that you can all take a well-earned vacation in our hostel.
